The Cherry Pie choir was formed in October 2008 and has gone from strength to strength since then.
Rehearsals take place on Wednesdays between 7:30pm and 9:30pm at the Mansel Road Centre. There are 10 rehearsals per term with a break for half term.

You do not need to read music or be able to sight-read to join the Cherry Pie Choir. There is no audition, and we welcome anyone, male or female, from the age of 12. However, you do need to be committed to learning your music and lyrics, and to attending the rehearsals and concerts. All members will be given copies of the music and a rehearsal CD with the separate parts, so that they can learn the songs at home.
We welcome new members into the choir within the first three weeks of term. After this point you are welcome to come and observe the choir, but will be unable to fully participate in rehearsals and concerts until the following term, as too much material will have been missed.
The fee for choir membership is just £60 per term.
