Our second music school opened on Saturday May 9th in a jam packed day featuring the grand opening with the Mayor of Merton, free kids' activities all day on the bandstand, free guitar lessons all day in the new school and a free concert in the evening with the Cherry Pie staff performing.
Merton Abbey Mills prides itself as London's alternative market and a great family day out on the bank of the River Wandle, with a bustling market, a range of alternative and unique shops and stalls, cafes, bars and restaurants, and exciting activities like theatre and arts and crafts for both children and families alike. Merton Abbey Mills has always had a strong music presence, being home to the famous Abbeyfest jazz festival which draws thousands of people every year, and we're really enjoying being part of such an exciting atmosphere.
We offer all the same lessons at our new Merton Abbey Mills branch that we do in our South Wimbledon branch and all the prices are the same.
