Luke Osborne – Drums

Luke Osborne studied at Goldsmiths, University of London gaining a BMus degree in popular music. He started playing the drums at the age of nine and is a keen committed drum kit tutor and performer. Luke has worked as a session drummer in the music industry playing alongside a number of top electronic acts such as Chase and Status, Saintsaviour (Groove Armada singer) Jagwa Ma, Netsky, Moko, and many others, and has had experiences of playing in Symphony Orchestras, school musicals and Jazz bands

Luke has also played in many prestigious venues such as BBC Introducing Stage at Glastonbury Festival, The O2 Arena London, Manchester Arena, Cardiff Arena, Latitude Festival, Birmingham Symphony Hall, The Barbican and many other venues and festivals around Europe. He has also played for radio sessions such as BBC Radio 1 (Maida Vale), Rinse FM and Radio X. Alongside teaching the drums Luke is also a producer/writer working in the music industry for a number of different artists and has written and produced with signed act Moko (Virgin/EMI) on her ‘Gold’ EP. He is also currently working as a music artist managed by ATC (Radiohead, PJ Harvey, Faithless, Eliza Doolittle, Laura Mvula.) Luke is a keen, passionate drum kit teacher who endeavours to inspire players of all ages.
