The following are the Cherry Pie Recording Studio Terms and Conditions. They are designed to protect the studio and it's employees, and not to disadvantage clients in any way. If you have any questions please contact us.

 

1. Cancellations within 48 hours are charged at the full rate.
2. In the event of any payment dispute, the cost will revert to the full studio rate of £35 per hour, regardless of the client’s performance.
3. We reserve the right to refuse access in the event of drunken or aggressive behaviour, or for the possession/use of drugs on our premises.
4. We reserve the right to refuse access in the event of inappropriate behaviour towards, or in the presence of, children on our premises.
5. We reserve the right to refuse access until the client registration form is completed and signed.
