Tingting - Piano
Tingting Yi is a Chinese pianist who started studying piano from the age 6. She was studying Bachler in piano performance at Xinghai music conservatory in Guangzhou, China, under the instruction of professor Mei Zhu and Fang Li. She was mostly performing in China as a solo pianist as well as an accompanist.
From August 2018 to August 2019 she studied in Berlin, Germany. Under the instruction of pianist Elzbieta Sternlicht from University of Arts Berlin, she began to focus more deeply on music performance, and she realized that a great music performer has the knowledge of manipulating music in switching multiple colors and shaping the music phrases.
After Germany, she gained her piano performance master degree at Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama, under the instruction of the amazing pianist Mei Yi Foo, who is actively performing across Europe.
She started to teach piano in 2015 in China, as well as in Germany, UK, and helped all ages of student with ABRSM, Trinity practical and theory examinations.
