Indy Driessens

Singing

Senior Teacher

Originally from the Netherlands, Indy moved to London to study at the British and Irish Modern Music Institute, graduating from the vocals course. Following this, Indy pursued extensive training at Emil Dale Academy before completing an MA in Musical Theatre at Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts.

Over the past few years, Indy has had the privilege of performing in the chorus for several West End productions, including Kinky Boots in Concert, Love Never Dies in Concert, and Oklahoma! in Concert at Theatre Royal Drury Lane. Training credits include Is There Life After High School?, Chicago, and Big Fish. In addition to stage work, Indy has also worked as a voiceover artist for video games.

Alongside performing, Indy teaches at various stage schools across London, including Make Believe, Spotlights Theatre, and Kids Vogue Stars, as well as delivering music classes in a primary school. Passionate about making the performing arts accessible to all, Indy has volunteered extensively—working with children and young people of all abilities and backgrounds to help them experience the transformative power of theatre and music.

In addition to singing, Indy teaches dance and drama, with a particular focus on acting through song—combining storytelling with vocal performance to help students develop their skills in a holistic way.
