Ryan is a London-based piano teacher and award-winning composer. He holds a Bachelor of Music (First Class Honours) from the Royal College of Music, where he completed principal study in composition and second study in piano. Alongside his conservatoire degree, he holds an ABRSM Grade 8 in Piano with Merit and studied piano under Kathryn Sturrock. 

As a composer, Ryan won the BBC Radio 3 / National Centre for Early Music Young Composer Award, which featured a performance by The Tallis Scholars broadcast nationally on BBC Radio 3. His original compositions have also been premiered at venues including Saffron Hall, St James's Piccadilly, and the RCM Keyboard Festival. 

Ryan teaches piano to students of all ages and abilities, from absolute beginners to advanced players preparing for ABRSM and Trinity examinations. His lessons focus on developing strong piano technique, musicianship, and aural skills through a supportive, structured approach tailored to each student's musical goals in a fun and methodical environment!
