Antonio Camarero Pareja gained his degree in music, Piano Performance, at the Royal College of Music of Granada (Southern Spain) and a Masters degree in Music Education in the University of Granada (equivalent to PGCE) passed with honors. He has also received master classes with well known international classical pianist as Almudena Cano, Eldar Nebolsin, Caio Pagano and Luis Fernando Pérez in Madrid.
As a piano performer Antonio has played either as soloist or as accompanier across Spain in several halls: “Instituto de América” of Santa Fe Council, Granada Council Hall, or Amadeus Hotel Hall of Seville amongst them. Antonio has a varied and extensive repertoire which goes from Bach to Messiaen but really enjoys playing Debussy and classical Spanish Music (Albéniz, Falla, Granados and so on). As an accompanier he played with the lyric company “Belcanto” and his début play was “Der Schaupieldirektor” by W.A. Mozart.
Antonio has more than 5 years experience as head of the piano and music theory department at the “Jenesses Musicales” in Spain where he had been actively involved in teaching piano and music theory. Antonio loves teaching and he always encourages his pupils not only to work hard in order to achieve their goals, but – more importantly – to love music.
