Sally – Singing (Classical and Musical Theatre)

SallySally is a London based Mezzo soprano from Derbyshire. In 2013 she gained a first class honours from The Guildhall school of music and drama and is soon to graduate again with a Master of Music and a Master of Performance.

Sally has a great love for opera and classical music with recent performances including; Chorus and German mother, Death in Venice and chorus, Cosi fan tutte (Garsington opera), Six Spanish songs by Shostakovich, Barbican main hall (Pre LSO recital series), Une récitante La Demoiselle élue (Junior Guildhall symphony orchestra, Milton Court); Voiceworks, Wigmore Hall; Chorus, Vert-Vert (Garsington opera); Un Pậtre and chorus L’enfant et les sortilѐges (LSSO, Barbican).

As well as singing as a soloist, Sally has extensive experience of chorus work and singing in choirs, where she has sang in places such as China, in choral competitions and all over Europe on choir tours.

Sally has been teaching privately now for 4 years and has experience in teaching classical and musical theatre to get students through their ABRSM exams.
